Eh List Entertainment is a client driven company, and as such we want to ensure our clients are kept informed about the process of their corporate video along every step of the way. As a quick reference guide you can see a brief overview of every step of the production process.
We will set up several sit down meetings so that we can work closely with your Representatives to elaborate and craft an idea to fit your specific goals, target audience, and unique needs. A walk through of any office, warehouse, or factory to be featured in the corporate video will be conducted, allowing us to fully grasp the unique services of your company and to give a clear picture of what visual elements will be incorporated.
After meeting and assuring both our team and your company are on the same page we'll produce a precise budget and timeline which will be presented to you for approval. Once you've given the go ahead our Research department sits down with the Writing team who will draft up a version of the script. This script will then be handed over to our Storyboard Artist who will create production boards designed to give a clear picture of what the finished visual presentation will look like.
Again the script and storyboard will be presented to you to sign off on. After making any adjustments you may want we will then move ahead with wrapping up all the other loose ends before we go into production.
Our skilled production crew will be booked and prepped for the shoot and if voice over or on screen talent are to be used, casting will be conducted and an actors locked down.
Our Camera, Sound, and Lighting crews will join up with the Director to get all the coverage of the scripted and storyboarded items. From multi-angle/multi-take shots, to shots caught live and in the moment, our crews shoot at roughly a 20:1 ratio, maximizing the amount of quality footage to choose from and ensuring that every aspect of your company gets the coverage it deserves.
Our talented roster of Editors will put together your video, organizing the shot footage to fit the script, adding in music that fits the mood of your piece.
Post Production Audio Technician's will record voice over's and ensure the video's sound mix is at an enjoyable and consistent level.
Also available is our stable of innovative and creative Graphic's and Visual Effects people, who can create anything from simple titles and name keys to animated sequences to highlight areas of your business that cannot simply be caught on tape.
Our Colourist will then complete the job, bringing the look and feel of the production to a level of beautiful, vibrant, and professional colours.
